Elements :
2½ c. Whole milk
1¾ c. Sugar
1 c. Whipping cream
6 tbsp. Sparkling lemon juice
2 tsp. Lemon zest
Directions
1. In a big bowl, whisk collectively all elements till sugar dissolves.
