Ingredients :
three/4 cup sugar
1 cup milk

2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

2 oz semisweet chocolate, chopped
2 cups heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions :
1. Combine sugar, milk, salt, and cocoa powder in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly. Convey to a simmer. Vicinity the egg yolks right into a small bowl.
